Drying Strawberries - Literally

Just saw this idea from America's Test Kitchen on how to dry your strawberries after washing them without bruising them: put them in your salad spinner, along with a few paper towels on the bottom. I can't help but thing that quick spinning motion would have to do some harm, but I'm willing to give it a try. Check out their video.
